European Direct Fulfillment

We ship select products directly from warehouses located in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. While we work toward making more of our inventory available from these locations, we took feedback from our customers and wanted to make certain products available sooner rather than later. 

The following items are available to purchase with direct shipping options. Please note, these items may be on backorder. Please check the product pages for pre-sale/backorder status and estimated shipping timelines.

FAQs

How will orders be shipped?

Orders within the UK may be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the speed and tracking options you choose. 

Orders shipped from the Netherlands may be shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL, depending on the speed and tracking options you choose. 

Do you collect VAT or duties?

We do not collect VAT or duties on international orders. Your local duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, but we do our best to fulfill orders from warehouses within the same region to limit those fees. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping rates are set by the carriers and our fulfillment centers, and range from around 6 EUR to around 30 EUR. Costs may be outside of this range depending on delivery location, selected speed, and the size of the items purchased.

How long will shipping take?

Within the UK, shipping should take 1-4 business days depending on the speed selected.

Within Europe, shipping should take 2-7 business days depending on the speed selected. 

Worldwide shipping may take up to 14 business days depending on the speed selected.

Please keep in mind that shipping speed is different than fulfillment time — the time it takes to receive inventory, process the order, pack the items, and await carrier pick-up.

What if I want to buy Jet Lag items and other things? Do I have to pay twice for shipping?

Yes. Since Jet Lag: The Game products are our only inventory stocked in European and the UK, items purchased from other collections will have a separate shipping fee and fulfillment timeline. Note, this also means that non-Jet Lag items may incur local duties upon delivery.

Can you ship outside of the UK and Europe? 

Yes, in addition to the UK and Europe, we continue to ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from the closest available warehouse, so they may come from the US, the UK, or the Netherlands. 

Our carriers are unable to ship to some countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belarus, and Russia. If you experience any issues at checkout, please contact us to see if we can help.
