European Direct Fulfillment
Beginning in mid-April, we will ship select products directly from warehouses located in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. While we work toward making all of our inventory available from these locations, we took feedback from our customers and wanted to make certain products available sooner rather than later.
The following items are available to purchase with direct shipping options. Please note, these items are on backorder as we make more product, and move inventory from other warehouses. The time from 'order placed' to 'dispatched' may be up to 45 days during this initial rollout. Please check the product pages for exact timelines.

FAQs
How will orders be shipped?
Orders within the UK may be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the speed and tracking options you choose.
Orders shipped from the Netherlands may be shipped via Deutsch Post or DHL, depending on the speed and tracking options you choose.
Do you collect VAT or duties?
We do not collect VAT or duties on international orders. Your local duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, but we do our best to fulfill orders from warehouses within the same region to limit those fees.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates are set by the carriers and our fulfillment centers, and range from around 6 EUR to around 30 EUR. Costs may be outside of this range depending on delivery location, selected speed, and the size of the items purchased.
How long will shipping take?
Within the UK, shipping should take 1-4 business days depending on the speed selected.
Within Europe, shipping should take 2-7 business days depending on the speed selected.
Worldwide shipping may take up to 14 business days depending on the speed selected.
Please keep in mind that shipping speed is different than fulfillment time — the time it takes to receive inventory, process the order, pack the items, and await carrier pick-up.
What if I want to buy Jet Lag items and other things? Do I have to pay twice for shipping?
Maybe, but only during our warehouse transition period (April-May). Since Jet Lag: The Game products are stocked in European and US warehouses, once our other collections are moved from our current warehouse to our new warehouse, everything will ship together. Note, this may mean that your shipping cost and speed differs from the estimates above.

Can you ship outside of the UK and Europe?
Yes, in addition to the UK and Europe, we continue to ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from the closest available warehouse, so they may come from the US, the UK, or the Netherlands.
Our carriers are unable to ship to some countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belarus, and Russia. If you experience any issues at checkout, please contact us to see if we can help.

What hours does your customer service team operate?
Our customer service team is based in the United States, and is generally available between 8am and 6pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday. We are closed and you may experience a slight delay on the following US holidays:
