You agree that all matters relating to the Event, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of New York. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any particular Ticket Applicant, to the extent that by non-waivable provisions of the laws of England and Wales prohibit anything other than the laws of England and Wales to apply, then these Jet Lag Ticket Ballot Terms and the Jet Lag Ticket Ballot shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nebula and each Ticket Applicant agree to bring any dispute in arbitration on an individual basis only, and not on a class, consolidated, representative, or collective action basis.
