What are the ticket packages?
Premium Boarding
- A signed All-Stars Season 15 poster
- An exclusive All-Stars Season 15 pin

Can I give my ticket to a friend? Or as a gift? Can I re-sell it?
Tickets to Jet Lag: All-Stars Live have limited transferability. This means tickets are linked to your email address and may not be re-sold or transferred. However, if you'd like to gift a ticket to someone, there is an option to do so after you complete your purchase. If you cannot attend and want to give your ticket away, you may contact store@nebula.tv for options.
Why are you charging for tickets?
The simple answer is space. We want as many fans as possible to have the opportunity to experience Jet Lag: All-Stars Live, not just Nebula subscribers. We’ve never been able to come close to matching demand with the smaller theaters available while keeping tickets free. By selling tickets, we are able to get a bigger theater, allowing more people to come. We are also able to provide guest appearances, exclusive merch, and an overall better experience.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it or change my mind?
No, tickets to Jet Lag: All-Stars Live are non-refundable.
Is there a meet and greet?
Due to crowd capacity and time constraints of this event, there will be no officially staged meet and greet. We can't guarantee that attendees will be able to individually meet Sam, Ben, and Adam. However, the Jet Lag team may or may not make some cameos in the lobby throughout the night.
Where is the event happening?
This event will be taking place at the SVA Theater (333 W 23 St, New York, NY 10011).
Who will be there?
Sam, Ben, and Adam will joined by All-Stars Toby Hendy and Brian McManus. Michelle Khare will not be present but may have a surprise for fans in attendance.
Can I buy merch?
Jet Lag merch will be available for purchase. There will be one exclusive event-only merch item that will be sold on a first come, first served basis. This item is not already included in the Premium Boarding Package.
Will my Premium Boarding pin and poster be mailed to me?
No, the exclusive pin and poster that are included in the Premium Boarding package will be ready for pick-up at the event. If you need to have those items shipped instead, write us at store@nebula.tv. Additional charges may apply.
What is the mystery prize?
The mystery prizes vary in size but have all been hand selected by the Jet Lag team. A prize will be assigned at random upon the purchase of a Premium boarding ticket package and will be collected at the event.
How do I submit my question for The Layover?
A submission email will be sent with the conformation of a Premium Boarding ticket package. Questions will be randomly selected. If your question is selected during the podcast, your name will be announced ,and you will get to ask your question live on air. If you do not receive a question prompt after your Premium Boarding purchase, please reach out to events@nebula.tv.
What does early access look like? When does it start?
Premium Boarding guests will be let into the venue at 5pm, and will have thirty minutes to shop and take photos with the photo opp. The theater will open for Premium Boarding guests at 5:30pm, General Boarding guests will enter the theater at 5:45pm.
